My Story

On 3 October 2026, I will be joining an incredible team to take on the Thames Path Challenge – a 21 km half marathon walk – raising money for three remarkable charities that support people affected by breast cancer across Essex:

🩷 Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust
💜 Big Purple Pants
🌸 Bosom Pals Southend

This challenge is especially meaningful as it forms part of Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust's 50th anniversary celebrations, and I feel privileged to be taking part. Starting at Hampton Court we will pass historic parkland, iconic London sights like the Houses of Parliament to finish at the Millennium Bridge on the Southbank.

As the Founder and CEO of Vie Aesthetics, I've always believed our role extends far beyond the treatments we provide. Every day, my team and I help people restore confidence, rebuild self-esteem and improve their wellbeing. For many of our clients, that journey also includes supporting their skin, hair and overall wellness during and after cancer treatment through carefully tailored, medically-led treatment plans and wellness protocols.

When you witness the strength, resilience and courage of people affected by cancer, you quickly realise that healthcare isn't just about medicine. It's about compassion, community and being there when people need you most.

Supporting local charities has therefore always been close to our hearts.

Over the years, the Vie Aesthetics team has proudly taken part in fundraising events, including completing Race for Life together as the Vie Ladies, alongside supporting local schools, community organisations and charities through sponsorship, donations, awareness campaigns and fundraising initiatives. Giving back has become part of our culture, and I am incredibly proud to work alongside a team that shares that same passion.

Breast cancer affects thousands of families every year, and behind every diagnosis is a person with hopes, fears and loved ones standing beside them. The support provided by Lady McAdden Breast Cancer TrustBig Purple Pants and Bosom Pals Southend reaches far beyond medical care. They provide reassurance, friendship, practical help and hope when people need it most.

Walking 21 kilometres won't be easy. There will no doubt be sore feet, aching legs and moments when we question why we signed up. But those few hours of discomfort are insignificant compared with what so many people affected by breast cancer face every single day.

Every mile will remind me why we're doing this.

Every donation will help these three incredible charities continue changing lives across our local community.

If you're able to sponsor me, I would be truly grateful. Whether you give £5 or £500, every donation will be shared equally between Lady McAdden Breast Cancer TrustBig Purple Pants and Bosom Pals Southend, helping all three organisations continue their life-changing work.

From all of us at Vie Aesthetics, thank you for supporting this challenge, supporting these remarkable charities and helping us make a real difference to people facing breast cancer.

Together, let's make every step count.
